Next week is Anti-bullying week and the national theme for this year is ‘All different, all equal.’ The children will take part in daily lessons and assemblies around this theme. Our anti-bullying policy is available on the school website and we will be sending home a child-friendly version of it next week. At St Anne’s Infants’, like many other schools, we refer to bullying as behaviour towards another that happens

We are also introducing ‘Read Together’ sessions where you can go into your child’s class to read with them at the beginning of the day. Year 1 and Year 2 parents / carers will be able to do this on Fridays, beginning this Friday 10th November. Nursery and Reception parents / carers will be able to do this on Tuesdays, beginning on Tuesday 14th November. You do not need to pre-book, just drop in and read until registration at 9am.
